01 / PROJECT CONTEXT

The project and its handling task.

Henan Mine Crane’s 72 m-span crane served the Jianzhou Bridge construction project in Jianyang. The equipment crossed the Tuojiang River and the Airport Avenue corridor during the steel bridge works.

The bridge uses a fully welded, variable-section continuous steel box-girder design and has a total length of 580.5 m. The bridge project’s geometry created demanding structural lifting requirements, and the equipment was selected after technical discussion and evaluation.

02 / HANDLING REQUIREMENTS

Cover a long steel-box-girder work area with stable crane travel.

A long bridge segment may need a crane to span roads, river-adjacent work and wide temporary assembly zones.

Box-girder segment mass

Plan load pickup and temporary support for the changing box-girder section.

Full span and runway drawing

Verify clearance over roadway and site obstacles.

Wind and site-access plan

Align the steel segment with the next assembly support.

Assembly support and alignment method

Align the steel segment with the next assembly support.

06 / PROJECT OUTCOME

Bridge construction completed.

The crane supported construction of the completed Jianzhou Bridge. Its wide lifting coverage addressed the river and road-corridor geometry of the steel-structure project.

For a similar project, set the 72 m crane span from the box-girder fabrication route and site obstructions. Check runway alignment, wind exposure, rigging and placement sequence before any heavy segment is moved.

07 / PLAN A SIMILAR PROJECT

Prepare a comparable crane quotation.

Share the load schedule and site drawings. Set the 72 m crane span from the box-girder fabrication route and site obstructions. Check runway alignment, wind exposure, rigging and placement sequence before any heavy segment is moved.

We can quote a single crane or a coordinated fleet. The offer sets out the destination standards, required certificates and inspection records, manufacturing programme after drawing approval, shipment, installation support and agreed acceptance scope.

BUYER QUESTIONS

Questions before specifying a similar crane.

Can the same project crane be supplied for my site?

We customize the capacity, span, lifting height, attachment and controls to the load, building or yard layout and operating cycle. Box-girder segment mass is one of the inputs to review before final equipment selection.

How are certification, quantity and lead time agreed?

Single-crane and fleet enquiries are welcome. Define the destination and required standards in the enquiry. The project offer confirms certification and inspection documents, the quantity, drawing approval and manufacturing schedule, with the shipping and site-service boundaries.

What should acceptance and after-sales support include?

Agree the inspection plan, representative load and functional tests, operator training, maintenance instructions, spare-parts scope and fault-recovery procedures. For this application, include assembly support and alignment method in the technical review.
