01 / PROJECT CONTEXT

The project and its handling task.

Jinhui Group’s green and intelligent upgrade project used an eight-unit package of large-capacity four-girder casting overhead cranes designed and manufactured by Henan Mine Crane.

Two 200 t cranes supported the project’s hot trial. They lift filled steel ladles for refining operations, with precise speed regulation and sensor-based monitoring, fault detection and control functions.

02 / HANDLING REQUIREMENTS

Support steel-ladle transfer through hot commissioning and routine refining.

Refining depends on predictable movement of full steel ladles between treatment stations; a missed lift interrupts the process.

Filled ladle and spreader mass

Record pickup, refining and set-down points with clearances.

Refining bay and runway geometry

Set travel and hoisting behavior for steady handling at full load.

Duty cycle and heat exposure

Test alarm, fault response and movement through hot commissioning.

Commissioning and fault-monitoring plan

Test alarm, fault response and movement through hot commissioning.

06 / PROJECT OUTCOME

Hot trial completed.

The hot trial was completed successfully with the two 200 t casting cranes supporting the refining sequence. The milestone demonstrates their role in the plant’s transition from installation to hot-process operation.

For a similar project, plan dedicated four-girder casting cranes for the filled-ladle route. Match controlled speed and monitoring to the furnace and refining positions, then test the installed system against the plant's operating sequence.

07 / PLAN A SIMILAR PROJECT

Prepare a comparable crane quotation.

Share the load schedule and site drawings. Plan dedicated four-girder casting cranes for the filled-ladle route. Match controlled speed and monitoring to the furnace and refining positions, then test the installed system against the plant's operating sequence.

We can quote a single crane or a coordinated fleet. The offer sets out the destination standards, required certificates and inspection records, manufacturing programme after drawing approval, shipment, installation support and agreed acceptance scope.

BUYER QUESTIONS

Questions before specifying a similar crane.

Can the same project crane be supplied for my site?

We customize the capacity, span, lifting height, attachment and controls to the load, building or yard layout and operating cycle. Filled ladle and spreader mass is one of the inputs to review before final equipment selection.

How are certification, quantity and lead time agreed?

Single-crane and fleet enquiries are welcome. Define the destination and required standards in the enquiry. The project offer confirms certification and inspection documents, the quantity, drawing approval and manufacturing schedule, with the shipping and site-service boundaries.

What should acceptance and after-sales support include?

Agree the inspection plan, representative load and functional tests, operator training, maintenance instructions, spare-parts scope and fault-recovery procedures. For this application, include commissioning and fault-monitoring plan in the technical review.
