01 / PROJECT CONTEXT

The project and its handling task.

Henan Mine Crane supplied 32 crane units of different types for operational maintenance of the Lahore Orange Line metro. The equipment is installed for vehicle inspection, maintenance and adjustment tasks in the depot and stabling yard.

The line is 27 km long with 26 stations. The crane package supports the maintenance facilities, where lifting coverage must be coordinated with vehicle positions, workshop access and the components handled during inspection and repair.

02 / HANDLING REQUIREMENTS

Keep vehicle overhaul lifts available after a railway opens.

A metro depot needs crane coverage for car maintenance and equipment removal throughout the operating life of the line.

Vehicle and component dimensions

Confirm the repair position and access for crane movement.

Depot bay and runway drawings

Use the designated attachment and maintain clearance from the car body.

Maintenance lift frequency

Record the lift and clear the bay for inspection or reassembly.

Operator and inspection plan

Record the lift and clear the bay for inspection or reassembly.

06 / PROJECT OUTCOME

Operational maintenance application.

The equipment supports maintenance as the Orange Line entered metro operation. Its role is within vehicle servicing facilities rather than passenger transport or station construction.

For a similar project, map repair bays, vehicle clearance and lifted assemblies, then allocate workshop cranes to the depot and parking areas. Design hook approach, safe access and maintenance procedures around vehicles in service.

07 / PLAN A SIMILAR PROJECT

Prepare a comparable crane quotation.

Share the load schedule and site drawings. Map repair bays, vehicle clearance and lifted assemblies, then allocate workshop cranes to the depot and parking areas. Design hook approach, safe access and maintenance procedures around vehicles in service.

We can quote a single crane or a coordinated fleet. The offer sets out the destination standards, required certificates and inspection records, manufacturing programme after drawing approval, shipment, installation support and agreed acceptance scope.

BUYER QUESTIONS

Questions before specifying a similar crane.

Can the same project crane be supplied for my site?

We customize the capacity, span, lifting height, attachment and controls to the load, building or yard layout and operating cycle. Vehicle and component dimensions is one of the inputs to review before final equipment selection.

How are certification, quantity and lead time agreed?

Single-crane and fleet enquiries are welcome. Define the destination and required standards in the enquiry. The project offer confirms certification and inspection documents, the quantity, drawing approval and manufacturing schedule, with the shipping and site-service boundaries.

What should acceptance and after-sales support include?

Agree the inspection plan, representative load and functional tests, operator training, maintenance instructions, spare-parts scope and fault-recovery procedures. For this application, include operator and inspection plan in the technical review.
