100 t Precision Gantry Crane Accepted for a Nuclear Project
A 100 t double-girder gantry completed heavy-load positioning tests, with servo travel and dual hoist brakes.

The project and its handling task.
Henan Mine Crane manufactured a 100 t double-girder gantry crane for a China Nuclear Power project. Factory acceptance included heavy-load moving and positioning tests, and the tested items met the acceptance requirements.
Servo-controlled crane and trolley travel provide a minimum inching distance of 0.5 mm. Variable-frequency vector hoisting and PLC anti-sway support positioning within 5 mm. The hoist uses dual brakes, and the manufacturer’s broader programme for the project includes more than 100 crane units.
Move a 100 t load with documented positioning and brake performance.
Nuclear-project fabrication requires controlled heavy-load movement and acceptance evidence for precise stopping and holding.
Set mass, rigging and target coordinates for the acceptance procedure.
Check servo travel and anti-sway at the specified speeds.
Verify brake behavior and record positioning under load.

Factory acceptance completed.
The crane passed factory acceptance. The tested servo movement, positioning and braking functions provide a project-specific equipment basis for precision handling.
For a similar project, specify a double-girder gantry around the load route and test points. Servo travel and vector-controlled hoisting support precise movement, while PLC anti-sway, dual brakes and factory load tests verify the required behavior.

Questions before specifying a similar crane.
Can the same project crane be supplied for my site?
We customize the capacity, span, lifting height, attachment and controls to the load, building or yard layout and operating cycle. Load and rigging details is one of the inputs to review before final equipment selection.
How are certification, quantity and lead time agreed?
Single-crane and fleet enquiries are welcome. Define the destination and required standards in the enquiry. The project offer confirms certification and inspection documents, the quantity, drawing approval and manufacturing schedule, with the shipping and site-service boundaries.
What should acceptance and after-sales support include?
Agree the inspection plan, representative load and functional tests, operator training, maintenance instructions, spare-parts scope and fault-recovery procedures. For this application, include braking and safety documentation in the technical review.
Planning a similar lifting project?
Send your layout, load and operating requirements. We can develop a customized crane package and delivery scope for your site.
